Did you file a return request?
If your item is not as described, you can request a return from your Purchases by selecting the item and starting a return request.
The seller should respond within 3 business days. If the seller agrees, you will return the item and get a refund, which may include the original shipping cost depending on the seller's return policy.
If the item is significantly different from the listing, damaged, or faulty, you may be protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, allowing you to return it even if the seller does not generally accept returns.
When returning the item, repack it carefully. If the item is returned damaged, used, or missing parts, the seller may deduct some amount from your refund for the loss in value as per the Condition of returned items policy.
