eBay voided 2 USPS shipping charges instead of refunding my FedEx cost for lost item!
How can I get eBay to fix this?

FedEx lost a package I shipped and sent me a refund via check for the item's value but said the shipping cost would be credited in the manner it was paid for, which, in this case, was through eBay. I hadn't gotten the eBay credit for $18.72, so I contacted eBay's AI, and had customer service call me. I got transferred around, and the eBay agent I eventually spoke to said she was refunding me for shipping but would have to refund it in two payments as $8.22 and $10.80, which actually adds up to $19.02. She said that was the only way to refund me. This didn't make sense to me, but she said it would once I saw the refunds post to my account online. Well, now I've looked at my account, and she actually voided the postage for 2 separate and unrelated shipments that I sent via USPS, not FedEx. This is nuts! USPS shouldn't be paying for my FedEx shipping refund, and I should have only gotten $18.72 back, not $19.02.

How do I get this fixed? eBay AI can't help and the agents who called me are obviously are very confused about how to process a shipping refund.
