@labun_9469 , You are mixing up terms, sellers have to accept BIDS on Auctions. They can choose to, accept / decline / counter or let OFFERS lapse, on Buy it Now listings that have the Best Offer option. When you send an offer there is a message saying the payment source you entered with ebay will be charged if the Offer is accepted. It is known as Auto Pay. That is why your card is charged immediately when a seller accepts an offer.
