eBay User Interface Making It Harder For Communication?
I find that all my questions to sellers aren't getting a response. In fact, I am more likely to get a offer on a deal that I am interested in even if I send a message first. is eBay making personal message notifications harder to access or is the user interface too bland to help sellers distinguish? No "people are busy" responses please.

Mentor2 weeks agoNo. The interface did change maybe a year or so ago, but it's not particularly difficult. Of course, as with any change, some will like it & some won't. But it's not hard to answer a buyer question, from the standpoint of the interface. I'm not sure what you mean by "too bland", it's clear who a question is coming from & it's easy to answer. At least from a PC standpoint. I've also answered questions on the App & haven't had a problem, but I prefer the PC interface b/c 'old' eyes LOL.
What types of questions are you asking? That may have something to do with you not getting a response, esp if they are about price reductions or about things that are already answered in the description. If you give us a few examples, we may be able to better help you.
