Ebay unreachable
A seller scammed me. I tried reporting the item not delivered, they contacted me and said they will work with USPS…but they ran out the clock on EBAY return policy. Now the ticket I opened is closed. I cannot reopen the ticket and Ebay phone is automated with no people option. Everything is automated in circles and EBay customer support in the app equally as useless. Is there anything to do or am I out $80?
