If the Feedback you received does not violate eBay Policy they will not remove it.
You can try working with your customers towards satisfying them and then request a Feedback revision, Sellers are allowed to send 5 per year and the link is on the less than Positive Feedback you received.
One thing you might consider in the future is using good packaging material and good boxes to ship your items in. A Buyer's first impression of a Seller after they purchase is what comes in the mail. I noticed 4 of the 5 less than Positive FB you have all mention issues with packaging materials.
I received a shipment once where the Seller used one old bread bag with crumbs in it to pack around the item. The box wasn't that hot either BUT the item arrived intact so I never mentioned the packaging and left Positive Feedback that the item arrived undamaged ...
