eBay Undercharrged Shipping
I entered the weight and correct measurements for the item. As listing indicated Buyer agreed to pay shipping. eBay charged the buyer $9 for shipping but charged me $19 when I went to purchase the label. This resulted in me losing $10 on this sale. How can I get that $10?
