eBay UK Business Account Still Restricted After Identity Verification
Hello everyone,
I created an eBay UK business account using my UK LTD company details. A few days ago (around 4–5 days back), my account was restricted and I was asked to complete identity verification with an eBay agent.
I submitted all the required verification on the same day, and the agent confirmed it was completed. However, my account is still in restricted mode and I haven’t received any update or timeline for reactivation.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation with a new UK LTD business account?
How long does eBay usually take to fully review and lift the restriction after verification?
Any guidance or advice would be really appreciated.
