eBay turned off buying option cuz I did'nt provide enough Feedback. I did Feedback. no reply.
I contacted eBay MANY times and of course as usual there was no response at all. I got a message pop up that my Feedback requirements were met. BUT I still am restricted from buying anything, Help!

Mentor10 months agoI have never hear of this since leaving feedback is voluntary and neither a buyer or a seller must leave any feedback. What was the exact wording of the message you received when you were prohibited from buying?

OP10 months agoThere was no message I found this information on eBay Help under Buyer. When I try to key in Buy It Now or even try to go to the items additional pictures. Any key trying to purchase an item is not recognized. Really frustrating since this has been going on for 2 weeks.
