eBay tracking not showing as delivered when it was delivered 7 days ago
I posted an item on 29th October ,but knew it wouldn't go anywhere until 5.30pm on the 30th. I sent it using royal mail 2nd class signed for so have a tracking number for it and uploaded the tracking number when I marked the item as dispatched ,but on eBay it is still not shown as delivered so I was getting a little bit concerned so thought I would go onto the royal mail website and put the tracking number in that way and it shows it was delivered and signed for on 2nd November. I sent another item on the same day using the same service and uploaded the tracking number on eBay and that 1 is shown as delivered on eBay so am confused as to why the other item is still not showing as delivered when it clearly has. I've tried to live chat with somebody on eBay but can not get past the chat bot.

Contacting CS about this will not help you. If the buyer DOES file a not received refund request then you just need to be sure to respond with the tracking that shows delivery and you win the case.
