Ebay tracking issues for sellers
Newer seller.
Dropped off multiple PWE's weeks back. Two of them are still stuck in "label created" Now a seller is stating they did not receive an item. To note, I also have multiple items with positive feedback about delivery stuck in "label created" as well on my seller hub. Additionally, I receive many items I buy under the same scenario. Ebay automated help is anything but. Has anyone had this happen to them and what do you do?
Buyer reached out, did not file a claim yet. What have others done? I would like to not be out my item, shipping cost, and have to refund but at a loss currently.

Mentor9 months agoIf you are using ebay's standard envelope for shipping, and the buyer files an Item Not Received, and you have no tracking showing Delivered, you will have to issue a full refund. You can recoup that cost here:
