Ebay tracking does not match USPS tracking
Hi,
I am a new seller and have a shipping question.
This happened with 2 sales I have made.
eBay tracking shows 'shipped - carrier scan Jul 6,' but the USPS tracking shows 'delivered, parcel locker' July 10, 2026.
eBay tracking shows 'shipped - carrier scan Jul 6' but the USPS tracking shows 'delivered, In/At Mailbox' July 10, 2026.
I have emailed both buyers that the item arrived, but have not heard back from them.
When will eBay update the tracking so I can get paid?
Please help!
