Ebay tracking.
Ebay's 'Order Details' says that my package has shipped. Ebay's tracking system says that my item hasn't shipped. The post office says they haven't received the package. I was told when I purchased it that it would be delivered by this coming Friday. Now I'm told I might receive it by Monday, March 4. So, I have no idea where the package is or when it will be delivered. Not good business.

Mentor2 years agoWhen a seller prints the shipping label, ebay sends out a message that the package has shipped. When the seller takes the package to the carrier and the carrier scans the package, the tracking will show an acceptance scan. So it's possible the seller delivered the package to the carrier and it missed the acceptance scan. As it goes through the process, one of those hubs should update with a scan. I would not worry until after the last estimated delivery date has passed. When/if that happens, you can file an Item Not Received in order to get your money back.
