eBay tracking
I sent an item to a customer on April 7th and they still have not received it. It was sent using eBay labels, tracking shows and destinations, but no delivery. Is this something eBay will guarantee?

Mentor1 year agoYou did not purchase an eBay label you purchased a label through eBay for either USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping. eBay does not guaranty delivery as that is the shipping carriers job. Shipping carriers will only compensate you if there was insurance on the package.
