Ebay took my listing off as counterfeit

I had a listing for sale removed for violating the counterfeit policy. It was a board game "Ticket to Ride Board Game Days of Wonder Original North America Train Game".

How is a brand new board game a counterfeit?? I appealed and they said it was correctly taken off

There are tons for sale on eBay of the same game and they did not mention anything about a brand

Did the message you received from eBay mention VeRO (Verified Rights Owner)? If so the rights owner reported the item to eBay and had them remove the listing. Some rights owners do not want their items listed on eBay by non authorized dealers.
