ebay took money from me for a item that was no longer for sale how do i call them
payed for a item that was no longer for sale payed through EBAY they took my money and now having trouble getting it back

The seller should have canceled the transaction and issued you a refund, why did that not happen? Have you contacted them?
If the seller does not cancel & refund, when the estimated date of delivery has passed, you have 30 days to file a Refund Request.
