eBay took down my listing and I want it back up
eBay took down my listing because it said the item was fraudulent. The AI did not understand that the purse had charms on it and it said that the purse was not authentic. That is absolutely wrong, the purse is authentic it just has charms on it. How do I get the listing back up? TIA!

Mentor6 months ago@charmingoldbag. I understand that this is frustrating. However when an item is removed it's best not to try and relist. Even if you get the ok to relist the bots are not reset so the item is just removed again and then you can be suspended.
You should sell the item elsewhere.
