Ebay told me to cancel a transaction and when i did negative feedback eas left they refuse to remove It even though they promised. This buyers number was disconnected and when i researched number it doesnt exist but when i dod a world wide search it ended up being a number in Mexico and it was missing numbers thats why it came up disconnected. Ebay lied to me and i been contacting them daily for a month and they r refusing to remove it when they have proof it was promised to be canceled if buyer retaliated.. what can i do ? I been ebay member for 20 plus years and they wont call the number the buyer never responded to emails and now I am trying to figure out if i should call Mexico but IDK spanish so I am at wits end with ebay and them lying when i did all research and found where this man lives, profile says Mexico but it was going to a single storage unit in Texas. It was shady for me. He ruined my 100% ive worked hard for my feedback only for someone to ruin it 😔 please help

OP2 years agoI found the guy and he does infact live in Mexico and i had to use whatsapp to contact him and it clearly states on my pages i only whip within the US and i sent ebay the phone number and conversation and they wont do anything. So i was right and ebay sucks for not doing what they promised.

OP2 years agoThey reply thru ebay but they r refusing to keep their word and removing it when infact i cancelled after ebay told me too but they lied. I called and chatted with them every day for entire month and they refused to remove it or keep their own promise
