Doing what you suggest selling an item, then purchasing it from another sellerer to ship it to your buyer, is absolutely Forbidden by ebay, even in the U.K. where you are located.
You can arrange with a wholesaler to send items they carry, to your buyers, which is called Drop Shipping. Read the info in the link below.
