Ebay thinks I'm an international arms dealer but I live in Florida
I'm trying to but a package of rubber orings for my shotgun but eBay won't allow because it thinks I'm an "international purchaser". I live on Florida and haven't left this country for decades.

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Those can cause issues buying items that have geographic restrictions.
Try completing your purchase using a different network connection, or else when using the eBay app when not connected to your usual WiFi.
