Instead of signing out of one account to sign in to another, try using a different browser for each account so you can stay signed in at the same time.
If you are having trouble signing in to eBay, try using a private or incognito browser window to rule out a cookie issue. If that works better, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in the original browser.
