eBay thinks I live in a foreign country

Question

I keep getting this message when I try to buy a shotgun choke. I used to be able to buy these items until about a month ago. I am a US citizen and live in Colorado.

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Those can cause issues for purchases of items with geographic location limits.

Try completing a purchase without using such a network, if possible, such as by using your phone when not connected to your usual WiFi.
