ebay thinks i am in America, i am in Australia
ebay thinks i am in America, i am in Australia and have always been. I have stopped getting emails and have no access to my seller data as it is set to America not Australia. I havn't changed my details yet they are not how they have previously been. Ive gone through all my details and it says I am in Australia so why all the USA settings?

Log out and clear your browser history to get rid of any cookies that might redirect you.
Then log in to ebay.com.au
Did you use sell one like this from another sellers listing? If you did that from a US sellers listing that will cause this problem. You need to delete the listing or draft.

OP3 years agoThanks, followed your advice, the sellars hub is now set to Australia. not sure how it changed as I have my ebay page saved on a tab.
I will have to wait for another order to see if the emails come to my account (gmail account which receives forworded msgs from my web host service) or are still being blocked .
