eBay things i'm from the US instead of the Netherlands

Hi,
i'm new on ebay and i listed some items.
I'm from the Netherlands but when i use our own '.nl' website i can not use AI description and buyers can not send me offers. We only have a fixed price option.
I've read that i can use .com or like .ie (ireland) with my account. They both have the options i want and need.
Here comes my problem, eBay things i'm from the US.
I've set al my primary adresses on the Netherlands but it still things i'm from the US.
It says on my listing i'm not shipping to the Netherlands but that schould be my domestic shipping country.
And when i click on domestic shipping --> add primairy service --> calculate shipping it also says i'm shipping from the US and i can not change it.
So now buyers from the US see my domestic shipping costs of like 8 dollars instead of buyers from the Netherlands.
I can not send something for 8 dollars to the US ;-).
Any idea what i'm doing wrong?

Mentor1 week ago@roow-2020 The item location is correct on the listings. The shipping costs have to be manually entered by you as flat rate shipping. You don't want to choose adult signature for low priced items, you just need to ship with tracking.
You have blocked most countries from shipping. Did you mean do to this? Do you want to ship to the US? The tariff situation can be an issue.
I believe that your problem is that you entered domestic shipping price thinking that it means domestic to you. That is the shipping price to ship from the Netherlands to the US.
If you list your item on ebay.com, please remember that Domestic shipping (1) refers to the territory of the United States. To add shipment to other countries, enable the slider next to Add additional international service (2) in the International shipping section. If the item you’re selling is large or difficult to ship, offer local pickup (3) and the buyer can collect it in person.

The situation regarding domestic shipping makes sense now.
I was thinking about sales and shipping in the Netherlands and Europe, so I need to check how to set all that up, but I'm sure this information will get me a lot further!

Mentor1 week ago@roow-2020 I recommend ending your listings and then revising them once you get the shipping figured out.
I typed this out a while back....
Here's how to list on eBay.com if your items will be shipping from a country other than the USA.
You will need to start your listing using the Advanced listing tool that is located in Seller Hub on a computer:
Opt in to Seller Hub here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw ( it's free to use)
To create a new listing select blue Create listing button on the upper right-hand side of the Overview page
1. The first thing you must do is enter the location where the item will be shipping from at the bottom of the listing tool. Select EDIT next to the Preferences section. Then select location and enter the country and the postal code/ country for your location
2. Scroll down to the shipping section. Select small to medium packages from the first drop-down menu.
You don't have to enter your package weight and size since you won't be using calculated shipping so you can skip that section if you wish.
3. Next select FLAT same cost to all buyers from the second drop-down menu.
4. Click on the Plus symbol where it says Add services under DOMESTIC SHIPPING.
5. Scroll down on the shipping services page that will open and select one of the generic options for shipping from outside the US.
This shipping is going to be for shipping cost FROM your location to the US. Choose the shipping speed you wish to use.
Economy services from outside the country
Standard services from outside the country
Expedited Shipping from outside the US
You will manually upload your tracking to the item once you ship it within your stated handling time.
Tracking is your proof of delivery and is very important.
6. Enter your flat rate shipping cost in the box that is now on the shipping tool.
You will have to look up shipping costs from your local postal services website to the US.
Now for the international section since you probably want to ship to more countries than just the US.
1. Click on the toggle next to the international Shipping Section so it turns Blue.
2. Scroll down and select Worldwide or Destination from the drop-down menu. Destination means you can choose which countries you wish to ship to.
3. Click on the Plus to select a shipping service/ speed
4. Select your shipping speed: Economy, Standard or Expedited.
5. Once you select the shipping speed you will then see a box on the listing tool where you can enter the shipping cost.
6. You will have to look up shipping costs on your local postal services website for the countries you wish to ship to. Then you enter the Flat rate cost in the box.
