eBay tells my Buyer that he can't buy my item because I haven't set a shipping price.
The Buyer is picking the item up locally. I set up the auction to have shipping at buyer's expense. It is very frustrating. I can't find anywhere where I can edit any shipping costs. Help.

Is this the listing for the speakers?
If so, since this is a Fixed Price listing, you will want to revise the listing to add "Local Pickup" as a shipping option.
If there is an outstanding best offer, you may not be able to revise the listing until the offer is declined or expired. In that case
- communicate with the buyer
- decline the offer
- revise the listing to add Local Pickup
- invite the buyer to send an offer again.
When the buyer checks out they should select Local Pickup
