Ebay telling me my case needs attention

Yesterday I printed my prepaid return label and took my package to UPS. It was scanned and I have been checking the tracking . The progress has been good it is moving in the right direction. The problem is that ebay has the status listed as my case needs my attention. I tried to call ebay but it has become impossible to speak to a real person but unless they give you a callback which I tried relentlessly to do. I'm just trying to let them know that there is nothing I can do but wait. Ebay needs...

@4dmk55 Make sure that the tracking number for the return shipment is in the case. If you used an eBay provided label then it should automatically be in the return request.
