Ebay tax collection on shipping costs to Idaho residents goes against Idaho tax law
Per Idaho tax law: you do not have to charge your customers sales tax on shipping and handling charges in Idaho if you do these two things: 1) List the shipping and handling charges separately on the invoice. That is standard Ebay policy. 2) If ordering a product for a buyer from another seller, have that seller ship directly to the customer which does not apply in items I have bought.
Anyone in other states with a similar law finding a solution, or any support from ebay on this?

eBay charges sales tax on shipping based on the laws in the state the item is shipped to, not the state the seller is located in. If you are shipping to a buyer in Idaho then their laws apply. If you are shipping to a buyer in any other state, that state's laws apply.
