Ebay taking part of my money

Question

I shipped a wheel and the weight was off by 2 pounds. Ebay claims it was off by 6 pounds and took part of my money to cover the extra shipping cost. It was off by 2 pounds instead of 6. I am sick of this company ripping me off. I have the receipt to back up my issue

eBay is not claiming your package was off by 6 pounds, USPS is. eBay is just handling the communication and the payment to the carrier. There are instructions in the email you received that explain how to dispute the charge if it's incorrect.
