ebay taking money out of my account they never paid me
Has anyone had ebay take money out of your bank account that they never deposited?
I sold an item and had address issues with the buyer. So I cancelled the order until I could figure it out. ebay refunded the buyer with money out of my bank account. But they had never deposited it into the account.
I can't seem to find a ph# that I can actually talk to someone. I would love to get this resolved.
Any ideas

·3 years agoYes, that's how it works.
If you have to do a refund and don't have the avaliable funds, they use your funding source to cover the refund and any fee's.
Once the buyers payment is avaliable and not being held, the funds will be sent to your checking account.
