Ebay System not Reporting what I Purchased
I attempted to purchase a NEMO Handheld shower head from ebay. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until I was charged for my item but never received it. When checking ebay for seller information, tracking number and any other information that might assist me with my purchase, ebay indicates there is nothing in my purchase history.
I stumbled upon an area asking ebay to telephone me directly in hopes that they could resolve my issue.
I submitted my telephone number when the wait time was one minute, next the wait time changed to two minutes. A two-minute wait time would be a breeze compared to other companies.
Half a day later, ebay has not contacted me.
Now I am unable to locate the area where I requested ebay to call me. Just thought I would try again.
Yes, I will need to dispute the charge on my credit card statement from ebay, but I was truly hoping to get the product I paid for.
ANY IDEAS - ANYONE??!!!

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? The account you are using to post at the moment was created two days ago, so if your purchase was made earlier than that, it was not made with this account.
For general questions you can try asking on the discussion boards. Experienced users can offer suggestions.
Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.

If using the "Contact us" link takes you directly to the chat assistant window, you may have to enter some context dependent cues to get to the call back link.
