eBay System Message Not Showing in My Inbox Please Help!
Hello,
I got an email from eBay on May 30 titled "MC011 Action required - Payouts on hold". However, this message is not showing in my inbox. I called a few agents, no one believed me because they were able to see it from my end. Please see my screenshots attached - I swear to God I'm not lying. That ONE message is just not in my inbox!!
Now I'm truly stuck because the eBay support was telling me unless I reply to their message in the inbox, there is no other way for them to unstrict my account.
What should I do from here? Anyone had the same experience and could help? I really hate it when eBay does not have a direct email address to respond to...

·1 year agoThe search unfortunately doesn't include messages from eBay in the results, which is a problem I've run into before. So it probably is there, but you can only find it if you scroll through the messages and look at each one, rather than searching. Alternatively, it could be gone if you deleted it without intending to or remembering, or it could be too old and no longer visible.
Are your eBay Messages forwarded to your email as well? You could probably find it in your email client if so.
