Ebay Switched Item At International Distribution Center
Hello,
our customer received an item from us that we did not send. The item is a car part and we sell magazines. I think the package was switched at the international distro center. Has anyone every had this issue?

I have heard of it before.
The buyer needs to open a return request. eBay International Shipping will handle the return. You won't have to refund anything.
