Ebay supporting scam seller
I reported a false listing from a bad seller. Ebay emailed me saying that they use AI and determined that my claim will not be supported. The listing is totally false and is a scam.

·2 years agoWhy should eBay take your opinion over the seller's representations? It is eBay who risks being out the money on the Money Back Guarantee if they are wrong, not you.
If it is a counterfeit look for the VERO representative for that product on the Vero Participant Profiles tab of https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/ebay-for-business/verified-rights-owner-program#m17-1-tb3 and report it to them to check it out to protect their interests.
