Am I obligated to return the item to the seller at my own expense if the item turned out to be a Chinese counterfeit instead of the original?

@anatoliberlizie-0 . Sorry that happened. Did you file a not as described return request case within 30 days of the date of delivery? Reason doesn't match description or photos. The seller pays return shipping no matter where they are located if you used a not as described return reason. 99% of the time a seller in another country will refund without a return of the item after you ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day. A seller in another country can't provide a return label. They have to send the money to your PayPal account to purchase a return label. Returns to China MUST be shipped using International Priority or there won't be any tracking to prove delivery. After you buy the label from PIrateship.com with the sellers money ( shipping costs less than at the post office) Return to the case and carefully enter the tracking.
