eBay support declares USA to Australia is avail for GSP but NOT for Customs! Makes no sense at all
I have a listing I want to offer a customer in Australia.
I checked...dimensional size/166 is fine. Weight is fine. I turned on GSP and yet Australia doesnt show up in the list of supported countries. I checked my shipping exclusions are OFF. None explicitly excluded. I offered several USPS options.
I checked the GSP page under 'Eligiblility' and 'Australia' is clearly listed

I got on chat with a lovely support person who declared that SHIPPING to AUS via GSP *is supported*, however CUSTOMS is not supported. Say What? How can anyone ship internationally anywhere without support of customs? If there is no customs, there is no shipping!
Am I missing something or is there a hidden embargo against our friends down under?
