EBay sucks! I cannot find a way to give this them feedback through their customer service portal!
I had a buyer back out of his winning auction bid and had to re-list - solid it for a lot less and EBay does not let me give feedback on the first buyer who reneged. That and the fees are very high. After 10 years as a moderate user, Good Bye EBay.

Mentor3 years agoWhat kind of feedback did you want to leave the first buyer? You cannot leave a neutral or neg for the buyer.
If the buyer has not paid by day 4, on day 5 the seller can file a Cancellation with the reason Buyer didn't pay. The seller gets his/her FVF credited, the buyer gets an unpaid strike recorded on his account, no one can leave feedback. Two or more unpaid strikes, and the buyer will find it difficult to bid/buy from sellers who block buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes. Do you have your Buyer Blocks in place?
