Ebay sucks
I was refunding a buyer and was waiting for the buyer to mreturn the item , never received the item and ebay went in my account and took the money out and refunded the buyer

Did you respond to the buyer's return request within 3 days? Did you provide a prepaid return shipping label so the buyer could ship the returned item back to you? If not, the buyer was able to have Ebay step in to help them.
