I realize its a service but when you need help its impossible to reach them by phone, Bunch of money grubbing parasites.

OP9 months agoHow do you get a callback from the parasites? I reckon from now on I'll jsut use US Audiomart. They ddont screw you like this.

I have the same complaint re just about every Customer Service I try to reach.
What phone number are you using to contact eBay? Any number you find online contacts you to a scammer. eBay hasn't had any phone number you can call for several years. We can only request a callback.
And, as @glorybells already mentioned ... you can ask most of your buying and selling questions right here. 🙂

OP9 months agoWhat a low life out fit if they take your money and you cant call them for help, I cant even figure how to get a call back.

eBay’s CS agents started working from home during the pandemic lockdowns … as did Amazon’s and many other company’s. That’s why they can’t be reached directly by phone.
@glorybells told you the precise steps to get a callback from an agent 6 minutes after you posted your question. What is it you’re still trying to figure out? 🤔

OP9 months agoI've tried everyway to contact them it keeps coming back to them insisting I send a return label, but I dont want the item back, it would cost more than its worth broken, So I cant give the refund. This is nothing but bullshat.
