Ebay SUCKS
Ebay SUCKS, I used to like ebay when it was easy to resolve any issues with purchases which is more common than not.
Once Ebay made the Automated Assistant the primary contact when trying to resolve a purchase issues has turned any love I had for Ebay into hate. Humans beings SUCK, they never make enough money, I'm sure Ebay lay off most of their customer support agents once the stupid Automated Assistant, they cut the costs of paying employees while still charging high fees for sales on eBay but not with the Automated Assistant the buyer and the seller get to do the work of the employees they lay off, it's a waste of **bleep** time trying to get connected to a live agent, I have found myself hitting different options hoping for a different result but no, I just found myself wasting my time going around in circles, but after I resolve the issue I have with my last purchase I will ever make on Ebay will never happen again.

OP2 years agoThe money back guarantee is beside the point, I have an issue with a purchase I made that the Automated Assistant doesn't recognize and therefore doesn't connect me to an agent. Also, just because there's an ebay money back guarantee does not mean I have to return, sometimes if there's an issue with a purchase an buyer is willing to work with you for both parties can walk away satisfied with the deal but the seller of the purchase i made is plainly ignoring me, it's starting to **bleep** me off. Ebay also has a lot of bad sellers but does little about it because that's how ebay makes money.
