EBAY STORE CATEGORIES
I HAVE AN EBAY STORE. WHEN I LIST ITEMS I PUT THEM INTO STORE CATEGORIES. I THOUGHT THIS WOULD HELP POTENTIAL BUYERS FIND SPECIFIC ITEMS THAT THEY MIGHT BE SEARCHING FOR IN MY STORE.
TURNS OUT, STORE CATEGORIES DON'T EXIST. A BUYER GOES TO MY STORE AND THERE ISN'T A CATEGORY LIST....IT JUST SHOWS ALL OF MY ITEMS. SO WHY BOTHER??

Mentor3 years agoI don't see that you have a store subscription, assuming it is under this user ID. After creating all of the categories, you then have to REVISE your existing listings and select which store category they go into, as ebay will only display the category if there are listings in the category (as ebay doesn't want a buyer to select a category and find nothing in it).
