Ebay Store
I am very upset, I changed my ebay store not knowing that ebay can't or doesn't know how to change the permalink on the url. Now anyone who google my ebay store on google can't find my new ebay store. why would ebay allow you to change your store name if they don't know how to do this.
I am very upset, I am top rated on ebay and my sales are going down. Not happy

Mentor2 years agoIn the past when it was possible to change your store URL when changing the store name, many sellers found that some of their users had bookmarked the old store URL, and those users could no longer find the store once the URL was changed.
It may still be possible to change your store URL, but that would involve ending your store subscription entirely, and resubscribing under the new name. If the name is currently the one you are using, you may need to wait up to thirty days for the name to become available again and subscribe under that name before someone else takes it.
No matter how store name changes and URL changes are handled by eBay, some users may not be able to find the store under the new name after a change has been made.
