Ebay stopping me from buying,due to non payment,even though permission was obtained from seller
1)After I bought an item, I contacted the seller and asked if I could bid on another item in his shop in 4 or 5 days time so I could get combined post, the seller agreed but after 3 days I got hammered with a cancellation due to non payment. I contacted the seller and told him what had happened and he said he couldn't do anything as it was ebay that has done that, so i paid him any way straight away and I received my item few days later, BUT ebay still is holding me for non payment.
2)i bought an item and due to me travelling in my motor home in the outback,I contacted the seller to ask him if I could pay him when I got home in 4 days as the internet isn't reliable. He agreed. However, when I got home, I noticed I had a penalty for non payment of item. I paid for it straight away and contacted the seller. However, ebay is now holding me for 2 "non payments"....this happened months ago but ebay is saying I've had 2 non payments in 12 months.
I'm sick and tired of trying to sort this out, ebay had already got my money through commission from the seller But they are still sticking to their decision of me being a non payer. ON BOTH OCCASIONS, I HAD PERMISSION FROM THE SELLER TO GO OVER EBAYS 3 DAY NON PAYMENT PERIOD. Can somebody please sort this out for me, im also sick and tired of talking to ebays "robot assistant" as it is as useless as an ashtray on a motorbike.
Please sort this stupid situation out please.

Mentor10 months agoIt does not matter if the seller gave you permission or not . They had the automatic unpaid item option turned on so you automatically received a strike on your account once the four day time limit was passed. It takes two strikes before sellers can automatically block you from their listings. So you can try asking customer service for a curtesy removal of one of the strikes (which is all they can do if you never asked before) to get below the two strike requirement. Each strike lasts one full year and not all sellers have this block in place.
