Ebay stole my money and didn’t refund a false buyer cancellation
I sold an item. The buyer received it late due to shipping delays, so they requested to cancel and refund, which was granted. They then received the item, and I opened a ticket to get my payout, which was approved, but my payout was only roughly $65 out of the roughly $500 from the item. I was also charged overdraft fees because ebay not only voided the money from the sale in my balance (which I never pulled out) but also tried to pull the money out of my bank account too afterwards. So I was charged $60 in overdraft fees and never received my $500 payout. I thought I had received the payout long ago, but after checking my statement history, I never received it.

OP6 months agoI have been trying to contact ebay support about this all day. If I do not have an answer by the end of the week, I will proceed litigiously.
