Ebay "Step In" Date Keeps Changing?
I'm in the process of returning a falsely advertised item to an unresponsive seller, but now that the date has come that eBay said they would step in and help (Thursday, August 10th), the return page has a new date of tomorrow. I've had this happen on another account as well. Why is this?
