ebay step in
Hi, I have bought an item from ebay that has been delivered physically, however, it is not marked "arrived " on ebay website.
The item is faulty and I want to return it but the "return" button is inactive. I have contacted the seller several times but they don't reply my queries. could you please advise me how to ask ebay to step in?
Can someone let me have the phone number for ebay so I can talk to someone in customer service?
