Ebay started to add tax to purchases.

Hello everyone. Did eBay start to add tax to purchases? I'm a business and tax exempt. I did submit the required documents long time ago and never paid taxes. All of a sudden eBay is charging me tax. What changed? Where to change the setting?

Yes, you have to resubmit each year. I just found out.
