Ebay Stander Envelope Tracking problem
My Shipping tracking Number ESUS182205XXX. I X out the last 3 numbers shows that this item was Delivered. But it has not been delivered. Do you have any suggestion on how to handle this.
Should I go to the post office first or should I contact Ebay first or should I wait maybe a few more Days.
Any thoughts comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

·2 years agoESUS numbers are only tracked through major sorting hubs. They can not be scanned by postal employees, so there can not be an actual "acceptance" scan or "delivered" scan. Instead, that is estimated by the last hub when the item begins traveling through local distribution. That "delivered" estimate can be off by hours or days.

Give the item at least 3 more days to appear. If more than a week late, the buyer should open a "not received" request, and the seller can make an insurance claim through eBay's insurance plan. If the delivery address is in the Houston area, there is a major hub slowdown due to missing automation that could extend delivery another week.
