Ebay Standard Shipping Returned
I have successfully used Ebay standard shipping for trading cards for several years. Recently I had 8 different shipments returned. USPS indicated that the shipment required the much higher package rate. These shipments where all within Ebay's standard dimensions for Ebay Standard Shipping.
Has anyone else experienced a high level of returns for ebay standard shipments lately?
