eBay Standard Shipping has lost me so much money!!!!!!!
Whats the deal with the eBay Standard shipping. Items are going missing, little to no updates, tracking is subpar and I have had to refund over 125.00 this past month in low value cards!!! WHATNOT is doing a MUCH BETTER job in Selling and Buying. What is being done to correct this?

Mentor2 weeks ago@southdayton405 If your buyer files a not refund request just file a PIP insurance claim.
eBay Standard Envelope is metered mail and the tracking can only be read by the sorting equipment.
It is important that the envelope is flexible enough to bend around a standard coffee mug with no lumps, no bubble envelopes or string closures.

Due to the type of tracking these often do not receive delivery confirmation. Treat these shipments as no news is good news. If the buyer doesn't receive the item then refund them from a item not received refund request case and file a PIP insurance claim.

For future shipments check to see if your post office has a Metered mail drop off box VS the big blue drop box.
