eBay Standard Envolope Getting Lost

We have almost 10 orders. All sent with ebay standard envolopes and none of them have been delivered. A few buyers reached out and we offered a refund before an item not received complaint was filed. However, 4 were filed and even if we offer a refund ebay negatively dings us. eBay is supposed to cover this with their $20 min and none of them have been covered by eBay. They ding us as sellers so we can't reach top rated status. We need someone from ebay to call us. This has gotten way out of hand and it only happens with the eBay standard envelopes. We can't have this impact our status we have worked so hard to give people a great experience and we feel totally at a loss that this ends up hurting our status.
